Maria Victoria Herrero

Maria Victoria is originally from Argentina, where she attended the University of Buenos Aires. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education and worked as a teachers trainer for 3 years. She moved to Miami in 2005 and worked in different schools as a teacher specializing in Early Childhood Education and children with special needs. She worked for 7 years as a Lead Teacher of infants and toddlers at the United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education. She developed a passion for nature based curriculums, Reggio Emilia Philosophy and Visible Thinking strategies to scaffold children’s abilities and skills.
Maria Victoria obtained an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy at Keiser University. Her post-graduate degree from Barry University is for a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. Maria Victoria has extensive experience in pediatric population gained through 12 years working with children in different settings.
Maria Victoria has also completed the American Hippotherapy Association Levels I and II, Equine Skills and Treatment Principles trainings.
Damian Castroviejo
Co-Founder & Director of Operations | BCS
Damian is originally from Argentina, and from an early age he felt attracted by technology and arts. He began working as a graphic and web designer, and his passion for music made him be actively involved in music activities.
He continued developing his career as an Information Technology consultant for 8 years at major companies in South America. He moved to Miami in 2005 and founded his company Lecos Interactive, with the purpose of providing IT consulting and staffing to local businesses.
Damian obtained the degrees of Electronic Technician from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (Argentina), Associates in Computer Science from Miami-Dade College, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Florida State University.
For the last 11 years Damian has been working as a Software Engineer for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
